No walking today, or tomorrow probably. Sundays will generally be rest days.
One thousand miles?! Realising now that I've set myself quite a task. Subtracting Sundays and other non-walking days from the length of the year leaves something like 250 active days, meaning I'll need to do an average of four miles on each walk day to meet my target. Good grief.
